The Art Of Writing Magical Books

I keep journals and have done since starting my magical work, as probably most magicians do, they are a permanent record of the work I do, and the results I get. I try to write most things in them, but if I had to write everything down that I did, and the results I got, I would never get time to do anything else, so I have to be selective and just write down the main things.

I am now starting to work on my next book, a follow up volume to the Ritual Chaos Magic Workbook, which will include more about my experiences and the results I have got (including some hair raising tales about dealing with demons, and Thanatos following me and popping up on MSN)!

The Great Work: Facing The Fear Of Past Life Memories

Last night I reached what I believe was a major milestone in the Great Work of Magic.

Crowley and others talked about recovering memories of past lives through magical practice.

I didn't purposefully seek out a past life memory, it has recently come to me when I am in bed at night, I am haunted by a memory of some kind of medical experiment, it started with a weird sense/feeling or distant memory of being on some kind of operating table, not a modern one, but a very old looking one, and having various hideous experiments carried out on me. Last night, this came to a head when the memory got clearer, to the point where I could see around me what looked like one of those places they used during nazi experiments.

It has now lead me to believe that I may possibly have been the subject of such "experiments" that were carried out in the name of science during the war by the nazis. I found I had to face the fear straight on, not avoid it, but relive the grizzly details, and surrender to the memory, after I did this I found myself in the capable hands of the Holy Gaurdian Angel (commonly referred to as the HGA in western magical tradition), knowing something had been dealt with, and things would never be the same again.



Lest We Forget - Or In My Case Remember

Looking at it now, it does explain a lot of things for me.

After I had faced this fear, a series of indescribable feelings and experiences happened while I was lying in bed, which I will now try as best as I can to put into words. First, was the familiar feeling of hovering slightly above my body, and then a complete melting away of the shape of my body, as if I were simply a mass, and I could take on any shape I wanted. There was also a very warm feeling, as if my body were encased in some kind of outer shell. I then started to rise above myself, and saw above me a large spiral staircase, at the top of which was a very large white figure, which I recognised as the Holy Gaurdian Angel. I tried to ascend this, but found I could only go so far, no matter how hard I tried. Eventually, I had to give up, and return back to normality, but it still left being a feeling like electricity pulsing throughout my entire body.

Trying to put this into words is near impossible, I can only describe so much.

Freemasons: The Truth!

The Freemasons have always had a bad reputation for being a "secret clandestine order" that either want to take over the world and bring in a new "satanic order" (according to those who see them as the "Illuminati") or a special group of elite men who have the power to bypass the normal correct channels in politics and commerce.

The infamous eye in the triangle on the dollar bill is always the wet dream of many conspiracy theorists.

Of course, those who are more educated can easily find today these supposed secrets, and find that Freemasonry is essentially a fraternity that uses elaborate symbols and rituals to convey what they see as higher spiritual and moral/ethical concepts and ideas.

Results from Krishna Devotion

If you have been following my blog, you will remember I started a period of devotion to Krishna on the 15th of Feb. This actually went on until the 6th of March, so this period was actually longer than the two week period I had initially set. Here are some of the results of this period of "Bhakti".

Firstly, I found that the Krishna mantra would carry on inside my mind, even sometimes during sleep I would wake up reciting it. I also found that I was able to reach states of religious ecstasy through chanting and worship of Krishna, not unlike the states I had attained previously during my days as a charismatic christian. Finally, Krishna became real, and his picture appeared to exude "warmth" and glow, he also seemed to be revealed through reading the Bhagavad Gita, as a figure not unlike Jesus, teaching Arjuna and saying some things which were at times quite similar.
