This ritual can be used at the beginning and end of larger rituals to "banish" earth energies that may interfere with the ritual.
This ritual is also part of my daily practice (along with Asana and Pranayama).

This is a much more instructive video clip, it is especially good if you really want to know how to vibrate and pronounce the names. Pronunciation of the god names can be tricky and the subject or much debate, because they are in Hebrew, and Hebrew has no vowels, and we mainly use vowels in our language which is unfortunate.
